MJS Construction works across JP Nagar, Konanakunte, Anjanapura, Banashankari and the surrounding parts of South Bangalore. Houses, small commercial blocks, rental units and renovations — the everyday buildings that a neighbourhood is actually made of.
The way we work came out of watching how construction usually goes wrong for owners. Not through bad workmanship, most of the time, but through a vague quotation, a payment schedule tied to dates instead of work, and no record of what happened while nobody was watching. So we price line by line, we tie money to completed stages, and we photograph everything before it gets covered up.
It is not a complicated philosophy. It just requires doing the paperwork on a Saturday evening when the site has gone quiet.

M20 / M25 design mix, slump tested at the pour and cube tested at 7 and 28 days. The reports go into your file, not ours.
Steel to the schedule
Fe 550D TMT from a primary producer, cut and bent to the bar bending schedule, with mill test certificates handed over with the invoice.
Curing that is logged
Fourteen days of curing per slab, signed off daily on site. Most defects that show up in year three are decided in this fortnight.
Nothing hidden before it is tested
Plumbing pressure-tested and terraces ponded before anything closes over them, and every concealed route photographed for your records.
